Here’s my thing, where would I find who to collaborate/spread my message
with. I have found not many want to collaborate with someone that has such
a small channel as mine (less than a 100 subscribers). I feel like I’m in
all sorts of directions. I sincerely block time and work really hard, but I
get so bogged down with the lack of just even the smallest encouragement. I
didn’t even put videos out this week. I’m overwhelmed with the amount of
editing and video, website, etc. That has to be done. I am trying to focus
on my product, but I can’t get past the other boring stuff I hate doing, to
work on my products for selling.
I’m going to pull my bootstraps up and get going again, I just had a crappy
week. I know engagement isn’t the most important or the $ ( meaning Id do
this anyway) but Evan, no engagement and not one red penny and it can get a
girl down. Thanks for listening. I’ll be better in the morning. 😉 I hope I
didn’t sound like a victim, I know I’m not. Apologies for whining..

Excellent video, I haven’t looked at this type of hierarchy before… Evan,
should I figure out each task and Step-by-step it before handing the job
for someone else to do or should I just say, “I need these numbers, here
are my bank accounts, create the records”? Thanks, Jacob

It’s always interesting taking these kinds of videos and mentally
converting them to how they would apply to someone like myself trying to
make a business out of my YouTube channel. So many entrepreneur videos
always talk about removing yourself form the mechanisms of the business as
much as possible, but for me, the passion comes from that low level work,
not just the effect and impact that work will have on people and the vision
behind it all.
Would you suggest anything differently if someone was working on a
one-person business like a YouTube channel, where your face is just as much
a product as your words? I mean, you run a channel so you must have some

Hey guys! I heard a tip on how to get through your day to day emails really
fast & wanted to share with you all! After time you’ll notice you will get
a bunch of emails and you might begin to notice that they all fall in
categories so what you can do is take a look at all the different type of
emails you are getting and write out a template for an email (let’s say how
to grow your business) and you get this email 10x a day. You can write out
a template that’s says “Hey thanks for the question! You can check out all
my marketing material at so&so.com” and just go through all your emails put
them in a category then send them & to the really unique ones you can
respond yourself. Otherwise it’s going to eat up so much of your time
typing the same message over and over again & then you can delegate that
task to someone else!
~Thanks for the advice Evan. Great video!

Hi Evan, I’ve been watching your videos for a few months now and I want to
say thank you! Thank you for all of this great information, this has really
helped me focus on thinking positively and to #Believe in everything I do.
You see I’m from England and I’m still at college, however I’ve been trying
to set up my first business (a student magazine) and your videos have
really helped me and pushed me, I’m still a long way from being successful
but with your help from your videos I’m one step closer. Thank you!

Great video Evan. I’m hiring an admin right now, then on to trainers. It’s
impossible to grow unless you pass some of your duties on to someone else.

I always love this video as well as every other video, but this one always
clears the path again when I get so deep & confused in my business that I
just watch this video & it reminds me of what I’m going after again :)
